My name is Vashni. I am in the 6th grade. I attend Hand Middle School in Columbia, SC. In my spare time, I like to play basketball & watch my favorite TV show, Rugrats. I also like to talk on the phone to my boyfriend, Da’Breon. My favorite day of the week is Friday because I don’t have to worry about having homework from school.
I am in an after school program called Fast Forward. In Fast Forward, I studied the shield volcano. It is the lowest and flattest type of volcano. When a shield volcano erupts, the lava flows slowly. I think shield volcanoes are cool. This is a picture of Mt. Kilauea in Hawaii, a shield volcano.
