GEGEO Academic Steering Committee

The GEGEO Steering Committee guides and coordinates the GEGEO program. The Committee advises the program on major curriculum, program strategy, and program financial decisions. The Steering Committee is a multi-disciplinary group of USC faculty and staff. Dr. Robert Thunell  (USC Marine Science Program Director) chairs the Committee. Current members of the committee are:

James Kellogg, USC Geology Department  Professor.

Adriana Chacón, GEGEO Project Manager.
Robert Thunell, Chair.  USC Marine Science Program Director and Distinguished Professor.
Camelia Knapp, USC Geology Department Undergraduate Director.
Bill Kanes, USC Professor Emeritus.
 

GEGEO Advisory Board
 

The GEGEO Advisory Board is made up of industry leaders and coordinated by the principal investigators. The Advisory Board provides the GEGEO program with strategic and financial advice, as well as representing industry concerns and goals related to operations in Equatorial Guinea. The Advisory Board includes:
