The Participants Three US institutions (University of South Florida/USF, University of
South Carolina/USC
and the State Univeristy of New York, Stony Brook/SUNY)
have
joined with three
Venezuelan institutions (Fundacion La Salle/FLASA, Universidad
Simon Bolivar/USB,
and Universidad de Oriente/UDO) to implement the time series
program.
