Biographical Information
I was born and raised in Kolkata (erstwhile Calcutta),
India. I did my
schooling from Loreto Day School, Bowbazar. My undergraduate years were spent
at Presidency College, Calcutta. These were probably the most fun-filled years
of my life. I did my graduation (M.Tech. in Applied Geology) from IIT, Roorkee
(formerly University of Roorkee). After a stint at corporate life for a year, I
returned to academics. Currently, I am a PhD student working on Basin
Hydrogeology with Dr. Alicia M. Wilson at the University of South Carolina,
Columbia, USA.
